Riverside Insights helps educators assess student needs and skills through a suite of assessment programs. As the organization modernized its technology stack, it focused on evolving its testing and proctoring platform into a best-in-class digital experience.

As a Senior Product Manager, I partnered with a team of Product Managers and Engineering leads to shape the roadmap and evolution of the platform. I helped lead discovery efforts across existing platform data, internal stakeholder input, and customer feedback to inform prioritization and guide multi-team delivery planning.

Working in a platform ownership capacity, I contributed to aligning product strategy across teams and ensuring consistent execution toward a modernized testing experience.
